The appointed managing agent is Speciality Property Asset Management Ltd., (SPM).  They are is responsible for the management of the building and act as Appointed Persons on behalf of the Principal Accountable Persons for the building who are Freehold Managers Nominees Ltd.

The Managing Agents are available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-12pm on Saturdays.

 

At all other times there is an out of hours service which can be contacted on 0121 600 7900 for use only in an emergency.

 

NB: This is for an emergency within the communal areas only and not for emergencies within your apartment.

 

If you have an emergency within your apartment please call your insurers.

 

On Site Management

There is NO onsite management for the building. 

 

Signing up to the private 'Residents Only' Area

There are private pages only accessible to residents.

To 'sign up' please use the log in icon in the top right hand corner of this page.   Follow the instructions.   This will generate an email request to the website administrator.  They will then authenticate you as a user.

'Signing up' will allow you to keep up-to-date with Managing Agents notifications and support overall resident engagement.
